This totally reminds me of a giant moon rising up over a skyscraper. This was one of those happy accidents, I was working on the moon, and the skyscraper materialized. So of course I had to make a few more. The moon is so full and bright against a backdrop of the most impossible indigo. A pastiche of complimentary textiles join the party: rust dyed organic linen, a couple of slips of ochre and fine striped linens, a bit of Japanese indigo dyed cotton and a lovely swathe of vintage Japanese katazome.
