This scarf is fully hand stitched on vintage Japanese indigo dyed muji momen (plain weave cotton) and yukata fabric. Yukata is a light summery cotton used to make unlined kimonos to be casually worn in warm weather. The stitch work is a combination of sashiko and modern embroidery, as you can see in the cluster of colorful circles. The yukata is an exceptional floral and reed print. Double sided, so this scarf has a very nice weight to it. 56” long by 12.75” wide. This scarf can be enjoyed by gals and fellas alike.
